At other times, we find ourselves traversing new frontiers. For instance, in advising a client with fishing interest in Gabon, we had to get familiar with new language and set of terminologies

We also have experience in performance improvement. This includes developing or evaluating a system of performance appraisal and bench-marking, innovation, organization development and cost reduction services, using leading process models.
Toime also has experience in information systems. We are familiar with methodologies, tools and expertise of strategic planning, problem definition analysis and re-engineering of systems, computer package evaluation and selection. We have installed accounting and cost reporting systems for a number of clients.
